Costa Rica

Last week we celebrated our 15th Anniversary with a trip to Costa Rica. February has provided below normal temperatures so it was a great time to get away! Costa Rica enjoyed record high temperatures! One day it reached over 100 degrees.
We had a wonderful time - went on a rainforest tour, visited an organic farm, a riverboat ride where we saw crocodiles and white faced monkeys, we went snorkeling a couple of times, swam in the ocean, visited many beaches, ate alot of fruit and seafood and even visited a couple of nurseries in the area. On Valentine’s Day - we went swimming below a waterfall in a wonderful little pond!
The nurseries were fun to visit to see how much they do the same as what we do here and the things that they do different. It’s a little wierd to see a potted palm tree instead of the maples or oaks that we have here in Minnesota!
Now it is back to work and getting ready for the spring season!
