On behalf of all of us here at Knecht’s, we want to say thank you for a great 2021 season!
This was a doozy of a year. On top of the second summer of a global pandemic, the drought and heat were challenges we won’t soon forget. We connected with so many of you over the woes of watering, and it is heartwarming to recall how many folks expressed compassion for us as we worked through the heat. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Here’s hoping for abundant rain next year!
Despite the challenging weather, this season had many highlights:
- We had an amazing team all around, and 2 of our employees attained MNLA certification.
- There was a palpable atmosphere of enthusiasm for plants all season thanks to our amazing staff and customers. It was awesome!
- We reconnected with many of you who started gardening in 2020. We can’t wait to see you next year.
- We installed a brand new rain garden and can’t wait to watch it grow.
As we wind down for the winter, we can’t help but reflect on how much we love what we do. Our office is lit by the sun and we work in accordance with the cyclical rhythms of nature. We’re so grateful to work in this industry and we sincerely appreciate all of you who share in our passion on any level.
Next season is sure to bring many more rewarding moments, genuine connections, and tons of beautiful plants. We’re excited to be bringing in some new varieties around the nursery, so stay tuned for updates on our blog, Facebook, and Instagram as new plants become available.
