In Reference to: Order Number MN-SPRING-2018

To whom it may concern,

I write today regarding a spring delivery, order number MN-SPRING-2018, which was eagerly anticipated. I should point out that this order is a replacement for a spring that was expected but has yet to arrive.

Now, onto the current issue with the replacement that was sent.

I’m quite certain that something is misaligned with both the starter and the temperature sensors. It’s struggling to start and when it does, it’s sluggish and hard to turn, even freezing up at times. When it does get going, it takes much longer then I would like to warm up. I was looking for the defrost and I’ve learned that it isn’t a standard feature on the 2018 model, which I was not aware of, but I don’t need all the bells and whistles. I asked around and it sounds like a few other people have had similar issues. Someone suggested that it could have something to do with the fuel I’ve been using? It’s the same kind of fuel I’ve always used, and my parents before me. Do you offer a guarantee and what is your exchange policy?

Regards,

April Showers
